  • Successfully launched the company’s largest centrally managed global digital experience, Coke Studio, in 71 markets and 38 languages by effectively  coordinating with marketing, development, and creative teams.

  • Developed a comprehensive content strategy with the business team for Coke Studio resulting in a 64% increase in user registrations from the previous  year.

  • Led the digital activation of Coke Creations Ultimate which garnered nearly 50k pageviews in the US in the first 3 weeks.

  • Implemented improved communication and dependency tracking across the Martech workstreams which improved issue resolution by 25% in one month.

  • Program managed the migration of over 110 markets’ websites to Coca-Cola’s new consumer platform which hosts a standardized Martech stack.

  • Defined the roadmap and prioritized the backlog of work for the myCoke mobile app, which generates roughly $3M in weekly revenue.

  • Planned the launch of “Multi-Language” in app stores, which introduced two new languages to app users: Spanish and French Canadian.

  • Prioritized the backlog of technical enhancements for Domino’s ordering platform, which services roughly 6,600 stores.

  • Migrated 300+ bugs and user stories from JIRA to DevOps and led training sessions for over 15 team members to help them become acquainted with Azure Devops.

2020 - 2021

  • Defined the roadmap, wrote user stories, and prioritized the backlog of work for a 750 question questionnaire for the world’s second largest investment consultant.

  • Led a team of 5 developers to achieve on time delivery for the industry’s first institutional intelligence marketplace.

  • Redefined user acceptance testing protocol which expedited feedback and cut expected development time by 20 hours.

  • Created and maintained the backlog of work for a data migration project resulting in over 10,000 new investment products on the eVestment platform. 

  • Implemented more open and effective communication between stakeholders and developers, improving team velocity by 25%.

2019 - 2020

  • Wrote requirements and features for the website’s new registration form, which will reduce resolution time by 2 hours.

  • Accomplished 25% higher data entry rates from new firms by standardizing the asset manager on-boarding process.

  • Created virtual training material to successfully onboard and support 3 interns during an 11-week intensive program

  • Managed a project focused on acquiring portfolio holdings for Aon, a Fortune 500 company, which increased holdings data in eVestment by 3% in one quarter.​

  • Wrote content for numerous outreach campaigns sent to over 1,000 asset managers to amplify data acquisition efforts.

  • Successfully coordinated a team of 27 to track and measure completion and success of a data mapping project.
